राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू करेंगी उत्तराखंड विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र को संबोधित
देहरादून – उत्तराखंड के इतिहास में एक और महत्वपूर्ण अवसर आने वाला है। देश की राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू आगामी 3 नवंबर 2025 को उत्तराखंड विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र को संबोधित करेंगी। यह सत्र राज्य की स्थापना के रजत जयंती वर्ष (25 वर्ष) के उपलक्ष्य में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, इस विशेष सत्र में कोई विधायी कार्यवाही नहीं होगी, बल्कि यह सत्र राज्य के अब तक के विकास, उपलब्धियों और भविष्य की दिशा पर केंद्रित रहेगा। राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू अपने संबोधन में उत्तराखंड के विकास, पर्यावरणीय संतुलन, महिला सशक्तिकरण और केंद्र-राज्य समन्वय जैसे विषयों पर विचार रख सकती हैं।
राष्ट्रपति का यह दौरा तीन दिनों का होगा। वे 2 नवंबर को हरिद्वार में एक कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगी, इसके बाद 3 नवंबर को देहरादून में विधानसभा को संबोधित करेंगी और तत्पश्चात नैनीताल के लिए रवाना होंगी।
यह अवसर इसलिए भी खास है क्योंकि उत्तराखंड विधानसभा के इतिहास में यह दूसरा मौका होगा जब कोई राष्ट्रपति विशेष सत्र को संबोधित करेंगी। इससे पहले, राज्य गठन के बाद पहली बार किसी राष्ट्रपति ने विधानसभा सत्र में भाग लिया था।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति का यह दौरा राज्य के लिए गर्व का विषय है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सुरक्षा और आयोजन की सभी तैयारियाँ समय पर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ऋतु खंडूड़ी भूषण ने बताया कि राष्ट्रपति के स्वागत के लिए विधानसभा भवन को विशेष रूप से सजाया जाएगा और राज्य के सभी जनप्रतिनिधि इस ऐतिहासिक क्षण के साक्षी बनेंगे।
